3. Special Meeting re: Outside Consultant
   Minutes: The consultant shall perform the following services: Review, analyze, and evaluate construction Manager At Risk Contract Documents and Architect Contract Documents; visit various school sites to evaluate whether design and construction are in accordance with Contract Documents; and provide School District with written findings.

   I recommend award of the Consultant Agreement in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00 to Liberty Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a LBDG and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.	-	PASS
